I met him twice in my life... once about 12 years ago. I waited on him at a place in Bev Hills... very nice guy. Double stotch on the rocks... and then again about three years ago when he did a reading of a radio play... Just a howdy do nice to see you kind of thing, but again very nice guy, very polite and at that time sipping club soda. Sorry his passing is proving to be such a weird media circus.
